Return Policy
What is your return policy?
- You may request a return authorization prior to 30 days from the date of your purchase. We ask that you notify us of the need to make a return within 25 days of the date you made your payment for the items to allow proper time to generate an RA number for you. RA numbers can only be generated on normal business days (M-F). Please email us with your order details, order number and return needs specified, Sales@VarsityTeamwear.com
- Varsity Teamwear will reply to you with an RA number and the address for you to send your items for a refund. To replace the items you are returning, a second order will be needed. Shipping costs and any fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Decorated garments, washed, discontinued or closeout items are not returnable.
- Returns must still be brand new and returned folded neatly in the original bag the item was sent to you in.
- All returns (unless due to our error) are charged a 15% restocking fee.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping charge to send their returns in for credit. Returns can only be sent to the address specified to the customer with the supplied RA number displayed within the address label and marked additionally on the lower front of the returning package.
- All returns require an RA number. Without an RA number, the return may be shipped back to you at your expense (charged to your card used in the original purchase). This includes orders “sent back to the shipper" by anyone who refuses the delivery.
- Please be sure to keep your tracking number and notify Varsity Teamwear of the date of your returning shipment by emailing: Sales@VarsityTeamwear.com.
- Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks (or longer during high volume times of the year) for your credit to process once your shipment has been delivered to the address we supplied.
How long do I have to acknowledge shortages on shipments?
- You have 48 hours from the delivery date to acknowledge shortages or quality concerns. We will verify the weight of your shipment and each garment that was
sent to you. If we find information on our end that indicates a short shipment, we will immediately ship out what is missing.

With respect to Your Content, by displaying it, you grant Varsity Teamwear a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.
Your Content must be your own and must not be infringing on any third party’s rights. Varsity Teamwear reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time, and for any reason, without notice.
